📋 Description
• Manage multiple job openings from launch to close • Screen resumes and schedule screening calls with applicants • Schedule interviews for hiring managers • Provide weekly status updates on assigned openings • Engage with clients to create strategies for closing positions
🎯 Requirements
• At least 1 year experience as an internal recruiter • Experience in a direct services or allied health non-profit • PR, community outreach, sales experience, or events management experience • Experience using a suite of recruiting tech tools including ATS, Calendar Scheduling, etc. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Teams
