📋 Description
• Establishing the quality practice, the culture, and the standard at Rocket Loans • Own quality across the entire software delivery lifecycle • Manage and grow a team of quality engineers while staying technically hands-on • Define QA philosophy and architect testing practice • Collaborate with engineering, product, and data leaders to embed quality early
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in quality engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing • Strong background in test automation with Jest, Playwright, and/or Cypress in a TypeScript/NestJS environment • Familiarity with API and service-level integration testing patterns (MSW, Supertest, NestJS Testing module) • Experience testing financial, compliance-sensitive, or regulated products • Familiarity with FCRA, TILA, or other consumer lending compliance standards
