📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and other professionals • Represent the Rocket brand in civic and community functions • Establish, develop, and maintain a book of business • Consult with clients and analyze their financial situations • Advise and educate clients on the home-buying or refinance process • Evaluate client financial status and documents • Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in mortgage loan origination • Proven track record of obtaining referrals and generating lead volume • Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses • Professional communication, time management, and critical/strategic thinking skills • Results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
