📋 Description
• Build and maintain relationships to market the Rocket brand • Guide clients through the mortgage process • Analyze financial situations to determine loan products • Advise clients on home-buying and refinance process • Evaluate client financial status and documents • Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing • Provide excellent client service
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in mortgage loan origination • Proven track record of obtaining referrals • Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses • Professional communication skills • Time management skills • Critical/strategic thinking skills • Results-driven attitude • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
