📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists on performance, growth, production, and day-to-day responsibilities • Partner across business and technology organizations to align on priorities, influence strategy, and execute against a shared vision • Query, analyze, and summarize large and complex datasets to drive business strategy and decision-making • Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques to solve business problems • Support the development and scaling of internal and user-facing data products • Work with team members and stakeholders to translate business processes and challenges tractable data science problems • Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and conduct recurring evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement • Generate simulations, experiments, and what-if analyses to support strategic decision-making • Pull and create reports necessary to support the team and senior leadership in tracking strategic goals and outcomes • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex concepts into actionable insights • Help shape and evolve best practices, standards, and processes across the Data Science organization • Communicate and embody the culture and mission of the company

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a related field • 2 years of experience in management and administration • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics or a related field • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite • Proficiency in Python • Proficiency in SQL, noSQL and ElasticSearch • Knowledge of Statistics, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and machine learning
