📋 Description

• Set product strategy for rentals across Redfin, Rent.com, and ApartmentGuide.com on web and apps • Own the rentals roadmap from search and discovery through re-engagement and contacting properties • Build the bridge from renting to buying on Redfin • Own rentals growth and engagement metrics • Guide experimentation and use results to inform rollouts and next steps • Define and launch the product roadmap for property management companies • Manage listing and syndication, lead quality and delivery, reporting, advertising, and platform tools • Grow the supply of rental inventory • Partner with the GM of multi-family to align product development with sales, marketing, and support needs • Improve self-service tools for Redfin homeowners listing properties for rent • Lead, coach, and grow a team of four product managers • Make investment prioritization decisions • Keep executives and business stakeholders aligned on strategy, tradeoffs, results, and next steps • Report to the Senior Director of Product, Rentals and AI

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience delivering consumer web and mobile products at scale • 4+ years leading and developing Product Managers • Track record of building high-performing teams and growing future leaders • Experience building B2B, marketplace, or supply-side products • Strong understanding of business customer and end-user needs • Proven success leading 0-to-1 initiatives, including launching new products, business lines, or growth opportunities • Experience partnering with GMs, Sales, or Operations leaders • Ability to define a multi-quarter vision and navigate complex product decisions • Strong business and analytical acumen • Experience using customer insights, experimentation, and data to drive decisions and outcomes • Exceptional cross-functional leadership across executives, engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market teams • Customer-centric approach and ability to translate user insights into impactful products • Ability to make decisions with incomplete information using data-driven analysis and product judgment • AI-native preferred; leverages AI tools to accelerate product development, decision-making, and team effectiveness
