📋 Description

• Own end-to-end initiatives that move the category P&L across acquisition, retention, conversion, and new-treatment launches • Own unit economics including CAC, LTV, ARPU, submit-to-subscriber (S2S), and contribution margin • Run initiatives as a portfolio by framing opportunities, scoring trade-offs, sequencing roadmaps, and recommending priorities • Partner with growth and lifecycle teams to improve acquisition, S2S conversion, and retention • Shape the technology product roadmap with product and engineering to improve conversion and retention • Drive cross-sell and long-term engagement to turn single-treatment buyers into multi-specialty members • Build pricing, bundling, and merchandising strategies that protect margin and LTV • Own treatment development roadmaps from business case and forecast through go-live • Work with clinical, pharmacy, and regulatory teams to bring therapies to market safely and quickly • Build repeatable launch playbooks • Deliver a premium, empathetic, and destigmatizing end-to-end customer experience • Evaluate the customer journey from first touch through fulfillment and ongoing care • Combine qualitative insight with data to close experience gaps • Align clinical, regulatory, product, growth, analytics, pharmacy, and operations teams • Reconcile product and treatment roadmaps into one prioritized plan • Direct growth-operations and analytics resources and support Sr. Managers • Own initiative scorecards covering revenue, contribution margin, retention/churn, S2S, ARPU, and treatment adoption • Set KPIs and success criteria and report performance in business reviews • Report to the General Manager, Hims, and partner with GMs and Directors across the Hims & Hers portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in category management, strategy and operations, general management, or a related role with real business accountability • Experience in a high-growth, cross-functional environment ideally • Track record of owning high-stakes initiatives or a P&L and driving measurable revenue, margin, or retention outcomes • Demonstrated success launching and scaling new products or programs from 0-to-1 and at scale • Experience managing a portfolio and roadmap, prioritizing competing bets and sequencing investment against a clear thesis • Sharp analytical and financial fluency; ability to build and defend models and make decisions when data is limited • Cross-functional leadership aligning clinical, product, growth, and operations teams behind one plan • Bias to action: MVP, learn, iterate over over-engineering • Ambition and range to grow into a GM role owning a category • Bachelor’s degree • DTC, telehealth, or consumer health experience is a bonus; men’s health a plus • Experience with regulated healthcare products, pharmacy operations, or compounding is a bonus • People management experience is a bonus • Looker / Amplitude fluency is a bonus • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction for any employer
