📋 Description

• Own end-to-end IT audit and advisory engagement delivery • Apply independent audit judgment, risk and control frameworks, and rigorous root-cause analysis • Translate technical findings into clear, actionable narratives for technical and non-technical audiences • Assess controls and design solutions across AWS, GCP, Datadog, and Okta environments • Build and develop a high-performing audit team through coaching and development plans • Integrate AI risk and governance considerations, including GenAI and agentic AI model risk, bias, transparency, and data privacy, into audits • Adopt AI-enabled tools and data analytics to expand coverage and improve audit efficiency • Implement and administer Workiva for a risk-based Internal Audit operating model aligned to IIA Standards • Streamline controls and reduce manual effort across the audit function • Build relationships with Finance, Legal, ERM, Compliance, IT, Engineering, and Security partners • Serve as a trusted advisor to technology and data teams

🎯 Requirements

• 12–15 years of progressive professional experience • At least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing IT risk-based audits at a high-growth, global company • Experience building a risk-based Internal Audit function from the ground up • Working knowledge of IIA Standards and ability to apply them in practice • Experience delivering risk-based audits in fast-paced, agile technology environments • Exceptional written communication skills and ability to produce executive-quality audit reports • Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable narratives • Collaborative, relationship-oriented approach with ability to influence across all organizational levels • Deep technical expertise translated into impactful insights • CISA, CRISC, or CIA certification strongly preferred
