📋 Description
• Design and drive research architecture and rapid cycle learning systems • Define learning questions and R&D priorities • Shape organization-wide narrative regarding effective implementation • Influence policy and partnerships for high-trust relationships • Lead and develop a team of Senior Directors/Associate Director pairs • Ensure delivery of transformative results and high standards for evidence and practitioner insight
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in education • Significant tenure as a senior instructional leader focused on instructional improvement implementation • Deep expertise in designing, launching, and refining service models or implementation frameworks • Ability to translate expertise into transferable, learnable frameworks • Fluent in implementation science and existing evidence base • Skilled at rapid-cycle learning and improvement • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead senior-level staff and high-performing teams • Exceptional skill in building high-stakes partnerships • Advanced proficiency in translating complex technical or implementation insights
