📋 Description

• Set the vision and priorities for solutions implementation across multiple partnerships • Design rapid-cycle research architecture, continuous improvement mechanisms, and scalable service models • Improve teacher and student experiences and outcomes • Lead innovation and change while strategically building out the solutions implementation function • Drive enterprise-level strategy and manage high-impact partnerships • Mentor a growing team and translate classroom learning into actionable insights for the broader field • Set the vision and priorities for research architecture and rapid-cycle learning systems • Drive enterprise strategy and implementation frameworks across broad audiences • Navigate complex change and model curiosity, continuous learning, and rapid-cycle improvement • Communicate strategic priorities and shape field-wide narratives through published frameworks and articles • Evaluate complex cross-functional challenges using a systems lens • Lead solution implementation partnerships with school systems and product developers • Build high-trust relationships with school system leaders and product developers • Design and deliver tiered service models and regional networks • Establish data-driven accountability systems linking classroom insights to product design and organizational strategy • Represent the organization nationally to share evidence and insights • Foster culture, consistency, and psychological safety across partnership practices • Set divisional priorities aligned with organizational strategy • Mentor and develop leaders across the division • Model implementation work in school contexts • Build systems embedding accountability across the division • Guide the team toward a shared vision and translate strategy into actionable routines • Monitor progress, enforce rigorous evidence standards, and ensure sustained impact across implementation initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in education, with significant tenure as a senior instructional leader focused on instructional improvement implementation within an education nonprofit, regional intermediary, or school system • Deep expertise in designing, launching, and refining service models or implementation frameworks successful in complex school and district contexts • Ability to translate implementation expertise into transferable, learnable frameworks • Fluency in implementation science and the existing evidence base • Skill at rapid-cycle learning and improvement • Ability to distinguish when to pursue deeper research versus act on established knowledge • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead senior-level staff and high-performing teams • Active commitment to staying close to the work alongside the team • Exceptional skill in building high-stakes partnerships and earning trust with district executives and product development leadership • Advanced proficiency translating complex technical or implementation insights into direct, persuasive communication for funders, partners, practitioners, and the broader field • Experience with externally published work • Legally authorized to work in the United States
