📋 Description

• Define and drive the strategy for a critical area of the sportsbook • Translate long-term business strategy into product vision and roadmap • Own and evolve multi-year product strategy • Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers • Build a high-performing product organisation and culture of learning and accountability • Prepare and deliver executive presentations on strategy, roadmap priorities, performance insights, and trade-offs • Lead multiple product teams with strategic direction, prioritisation, and coaching • Establish customer and business outcomes and accountability through measurable results • Embed customer insight, experimentation, and analytics into product decisions • Partner with Engineering leadership on reliability, scalability, and performance of high-traffic transactional systems • Collaborate with Data, CRM, Commercial, Platform, Trading, and Operations teams on cross-functional initiatives • Communicate strategy, priorities, trade-offs, and risk to senior leadership • Build organisational capability through delegation, coaching, succession planning, and developing future product leaders • Manage dependencies and sequencing across complex systems

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally leading complex, high-scale, customer-facing digital products • Proven experience leading multiple Product Managers or Product Leaders • Experience building healthy product organisations and improving product craft and ways of working • Demonstrated ownership of high-frequency, transactional customer experiences with measurable commercial impact • Strong commercial acumen and expertise in data-driven product development, experimentation, and customer insight • Structured, strategic thinking and ability to make clear trade-off decisions • Outstanding executive communication and storytelling skills • Experience attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional product talent • Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on involvement • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with significant scale and performance requirements • Experience in sports betting, gaming, fintech, ecommerce, or similarly complex digital platforms preferred
