📋 Description
• Show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections • Set your own hours and control your workload • Work with customers, especially on weekends • Work remotely out in the field with no office visits required • Earn a flat-rate payment per field event as an independent contractor • Complete a quick application and video screen if minimum qualifications are met
🎯 Requirements
• Real estate license in the state where you'll work • Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin • Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them • Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association • Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market • Background screening consistent with applicable law
