🎯 Requirements
• Real estate license in the state where you'll work • Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin • Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to get them • Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association • Reliable mode of transportation • Ability to travel within your market • Must complete background screening consistent with applicable law
