📋 Description

• Own and maintain a prioritized, organized, and development-ready engineering backlog • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, and align priorities with business objectives • Drive delivery planning, timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies • Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate blockers with recommended solutions • Facilitate backlog refinement with engineers and backlog priority sessions with business partners • Develop and execute functional test cases to validate integration changes • Ensure changes meet business expectations and quality standards before production release • Communicate project status, commitments, risks, and changes • Align priorities with team capacity and technical considerations with leadership • Drive accountability, follow-through, and resolution of outstanding actions and decisions • Maintain work tracking, including new requests in Azure DevOps and ServiceNow • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, testing practices, and team efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years experience in Delivery Management and/or Product Ownership • Familiarity with Workday integrations and Finance and Accounting processes • Experience with functional testing • Strong understanding of backlog management, requirements gathering, and software delivery lifecycle processes • Experience using Azure DevOps, ServiceNow or similar project management tools • Excellent organizational, communication, time management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, anticipate risks, and drive high-quality results across cross-functional teams • Experience leading stakeholder meetings and building relationships
