📋 Description

• Lead and mentor teams of digital product managers and leaders • Develop strategic themes and objectives using operational trends and organizational goals • Align product strategies with overarching organizational goals • Promote product success through analysis, data-driven experimentation, hypothesis testing, measurement, and client satisfaction • Mature product management best practices and processes • Identify and resolve roadblocks to strategic themes and objectives with stakeholders • Monitor trends and changes across design, technology, business, and regulatory landscapes • Conduct organizational planning using leadership and partner-team insights • Develop short-, mid-, and long-term key results with multiple teams and senior leaders • Support team member onboarding and growth with leadership • Identify, implement, and drive adoption of best practices within the leadership community • Build and connect Rocket’s home search, mortgage, servicing, and personal finance data into a comprehensive homeowner and client picture • Start hands-on as a player-coach and build a flat team of senior individual contributors

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building products on big, messy data • Experience fixing data quality issues • Experience with identity problems, including matching records, resolving duplicates, and handling missing or conflicting data • Experience bringing in external data and building relationships with data providers and partners • Experience leading data integration to improve client experiences across touchpoints • Experience promoting analysis, data-driven experimentation, hypothesis testing, and measurement • Experience hiring and leading product managers • Experience identifying and resolving strategic roadblocks with cross-functional stakeholders • Experience developing short-, mid-, and long-term key results with multiple teams and senior leaders • Experience collaborating with leadership on team member onboarding and growth
