📋 Description

• Design and maintain scalable dashboards and performance reporting to measure partner health, funnel performance, and portfolio economics • Support analytical workstreams for partner diligence, onboarding, and optimization, including forecasting and ROI modeling • Build frameworks to evaluate partner economics versus expectations • Partner with Product, Business Development, and Marketing to evaluate new opportunities, test hypotheses, and guide investment decisions • Design and execute A/B or quasi-experimental tests to assess and improve partner conversion funnels • Collaborate with data engineering to enhance data pipelines and ensure accurate, reliable partner reporting • Translate technical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders • Mentor analysts, shape analytical best practices, and own projects affecting Root’s growth trajectory • Report to the Manager, Partner Analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, decision science, or data strategy • Experience in B2B2C analytics within the financial services space preferred • Strong SQL skills • Proficiency with BI tools including Tableau, Mode, and Power BI • Experience with statistical analysis and experimentation design preferred • Experience with AI-enabled tools preferred • Ability to structure ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and data hygiene habits • High ownership mindset and comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments • Must be on camera for virtual interviews • Must be authorized to work in the United States
