📋 Description

• Build and run demand-generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, webinars and content • Develop market awareness and engagement across relevant cybersecurity communities • Support organic social activity across LinkedIn, X, Facebook and other relevant channels • Identify opportunities to build engaged communities across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok • Manage social content calendars, scheduling, publishing and engagement reporting • Shape messaging for CISOs, risk leaders, compliance teams, SMEs and innovation leaders • Create nurture journeys for complex B2B buying committees • Support lead generation and conversion activity • Manage and improve marketing automation and lifecycle workflows • Support funnel tracking, attribution and performance reporting • Turn technical cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging market-facing narratives • Test channels, messaging and campaigns and use resulting data to improve performance • Build and manage HubSpot workflows, email sequences, forms, lifecycle automation, list segmentation, lead reporting and campaign reporting • Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, event and conversion tracking, tag deployment, channel attribution, and website and campaign performance reporting • Use data to assess performance and adjust activity

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within B2B demand generation, growth marketing or digital marketing • Demonstrable track record of generating pipeline rather than simply producing leads • Strong hands-on HubSpot experience, ideally including workflow and automation ownership • Practical knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Tag Manager • Experience managing organic social channels • Experience building and engaging digital communities • Strong written communication and messaging skills • Confidence learning technically complex subject matter • Practical, experimental and delivery-focused mindset • Ability to operate independently within a resource-conscious early-stage environment • Experience building B2B demand-generation campaigns • Hands-on HubSpot experience • Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager • Ability to provide an example of a personally grown campaign, community or channel • Experience marketing cybersecurity, technology or other complex B2B products • Comfort with HubSpot workflows, email sequences, forms and lifecycle automation • Experience with list segmentation, lead and campaign reporting, and marketing automation processes • Experience with event and conversion tracking, tag deployment, channel attribution, and website and campaign performance reporting • Cybersecurity experience is useful but not essential if able to learn complex subject matter quickly and translate it into compelling marketing • Experience in AI, emerging technology, risk and compliance, financial services, regulated industries, ABM, webinars, founder-led marketing, newsletter programs, Beehiiv or comparable platforms, SME marketing, or social-community building is advantageous
