It provides members with an on-demand clinician (nurse) in their pocket who guides care by finding high-quality, lower-cost doctors and sites of care, navigating benefits, coordinating appointments, surfacing clinically equivalent lower-cost options (e. g. , biosimilars), and monitoring outcomes (e. g. , complication rates, wait times, costs). Rovi aggregates provider quality, outcomes, availability and price data to help plans steer members to higher-value care and improve access, cost, and clinical outcomes.

📋 Description

• Own execution of clinical navigation for individual members • Build ongoing relationships with members, understand their needs, guide them to the right care, and ensure follow-through on care plans and next steps • Review and act on platform recommendations • Handle inbound clinical questions and manage members’ care across providers • Proactively engage members throughout the year • Triage inbound clinical questions, assess urgency, provide guidance, and route members appropriately • Navigate members to appropriate specialists, imaging, or procedures based on quality and cost • Book appointments and follow through until requests are complete • Review data-based recommendations and build or update member care plans • Document interactions clearly within established clinical workflows and guardrails • Escalate unfamiliar, sensitive, or clinically complex situations when needed • Surface gaps in workflows, member experience, and product, and collaborate with the broader team on improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with meaningful time in care coordination, case management, population health, or telehealth • Strong clinical documentation; ability to explain a care gap to a member in plain language • Comfortable working asynchronously in message-based workflows • BSN preferred; ADN considered with strong care coordination or case management experience • Active RN license • NLC compact licensure required; NY and CA required or willing to obtain • CCM or ACM certification helpful but not required • Spanish fluency helpful but not required
