📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Active nursing license that is a compact/multistate. • Knowledge of chronic conditions and related monitoring devices (weight management a plus). • Proficiency with technology, computer platforms, and smartphones. • Strong verbal/written communication skills. • Comfortable with patient outreach and engagement. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused. • Independently motivated
