📋 Description

• Apply business and technology knowledge to develop integrated solutions for technical and business issues • Serve as liaison between internal customers and functional IT departments during initial development phases • Define system and functional requirements for technical projects using BA principles and accepted methodologies • Analyze and develop integrated solutions for small to medium-sized custom development projects • Assist senior Business Analysts with requirements gathering and research for larger, more complex projects • Assist with analysis and design of business processes, requirements definition, information gathering, and documentation • Conduct facilitated customer sessions to define detailed business requirements and establish solution scope boundaries • Document prioritized functional requirements for test plans, use cases, and system conceptual designs • Translate requirements and use cases to designers • Review test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing • Build technical and business knowledge connecting business and technology • Participate in quality management reviews • Perform related duties and participate in special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to functional work • 3+ years of relevant work experience • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong organizational skills • Strong time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to quickly learn specialized software as needed • Ability to solve somewhat more complex problems by analyzing variables and applying appropriate solutions • Ability to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately • Ability to communicate and interact with internal/external customers and coworkers at the level of detail required to resolve moderately complex issues • Successful completion of a pre-employment background screen and drug screen
