• Take inbound and outbound calls from donors • Guide conversations using structured scripts • Enter donation and pledge details accurately • Maintain professionalism and compliance standards • Meet performance and attendance expectations
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED • 6+ months remote customer service OR 1 year on-site experience • Strong verbal communication skills • Comfortable navigating systems while speaking • Dedicated, quiet home workspace • Technical Requirements: Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum; 16GB recommended), USB headset with noise cancellation, Wired high-speed internet (Wi Fi-only not permitted), Dual monitors recommended, No MacBooks or Chromebooks
