🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • At least six months of remote customer-service experience or one year of onsite customer-service experience • Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills • Accurate data-entry and basic computer skills • Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking • Professional and dependable work habits • Quiet, dedicated, distraction-free home workspace • Windows 11 computer • At least 8GB of RAM; 16GB recommended • USB headset with noise cancellation • Wired high-speed internet • Direct Ethernet connection • MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connections are not permitted • Required certification must be completed before servicing • Eligibility may depend on experience, location, equipment, background requirements, and certification results
