📋 Description

• Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and sources sought notifications (SSNs) • Maintain proposal templates, including methodologies, case studies, and resumes • Read and parse RFPs, develop requirements matrices, and research requesting organizations • Create clean, compelling proposals, statements of work, and RFI/SSN responses • Own delegated RFPs throughout the proposal development and delivery lifecycle • Maintain, improve, and develop proposal templates • Research and understand current and new service offerings • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, company mission, and brand • Collaborate with graphic designers on compelling graphics • Coordinate with subject matter experts to obtain technical content • Communicate effectively and efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• 1–5 years’ experience in proposal writing • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or Journalism, or equivalent experience • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to take ownership of the proposal writing process • Ability to produce compelling output with a consistent message • Ability to understand complex RFP requirements and ensure they are addressed • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines • Ability to learn quickly and understand current and new tools • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team • Flexibility to work in a small, fast-paced environment • Organization and attention to detail • Excellent time management skills • Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) • Familiarity with Asana and EOS concepts • APMP and/or Shipley certification/training preferred • Experience writing proposals in cybersecurity or another technical field preferred • Experience writing proposals for public sector (SLED/Fed) clients preferred • Ability to work remotely full-time within U.S. business hours, with Pacific Time preferred • Legally authorized to work in the United States
