📋 Description

• Assist with the preparation and quality review of government financial statements • Assist with the implementation of new GASB standards and update procedures for existing standards • Lead, manage and coach client services representatives, associates, senior associates and supervisors • Prepare or review clients’ monthly financial statements including month over month variance analysis • Analyze and interpret financial information for client management and provide actionable insight and decision support • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the clients monthly operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • CPA is required • Experience in a public accounting firm, consulting firm or other professional services environment preferred but not required • Progressive experience in accounting and financial management in a corporate accounting environment • Strong technical financial accounting (GAAP) and GASB knowledge • Strong management accounting and operational finance knowledge • Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) • Proven leadership, management and coaching skills • Strong time-management and organizational skills
