📋 Description

• Manage an inventory from multiple clients with a variety of accounts with complex issues • Prepare and submit appeals with required documentation in a timely manner • Identify and resolve any outstanding issues causing delay or non-payment of bills • Maintain professional relationships and communication with patients, employers, and payer representatives • Learn and implement client specific protocols and procedures • Demonstrate proficiency with web portals, client systems, and databases as necessary to document and resolve accounts

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • 1 to 3 years of experience handling Workers Compensation bills • Proven results in collecting on hospital claims from insurance companies • Experience reviewing EOBs and appealing underpayments
