📋 Description

• Define and execute a multi-year business intelligence strategy aligned with product and business goals • Lead initiatives involving denial management, collections performance, coding accuracy, payer contract optimization, and integration of historical reporting with machine learning-driven predictive and prescriptive analytics • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data visualization engineers • Partner with Product, Engineering, Service Delivery, and Client Success teams to embed business intelligence into product offerings and operational workflows • Own the enterprise BI environment, using Astrato as the primary visualization and reporting platform • Lead workspace governance, semantic layer design, and enterprise-wide BI adoption • Translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership and key stakeholders • Serve as the primary liaison between data assets and business decisions • Optimize product performance, enhance customer experience and dependence, and support revenue growth

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data, analytics, or BI roles • 5+ years in healthcare RCM or payer operations • 3+ years in a VP or director-level leadership role • Proficiency with cloud data platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery • Hands-on experience with BI tools; Astrato strongly preferred • Deep knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data compliance • Strong SQL skills • Data modeling background • Deep expertise in data analytics, data engineering, and data visualization tools • Experience with SQL, Python, R, Astrato, Tableau, and Power BI • Dedicated, distraction-free work space at home • Valid government-issued photo ID required during screening and/or interviews
