📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business systems analysts • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for business systems analysis • Partner with senior leadership to identify and prioritize IT projects • Oversee business process analysis and technology solution identification • Oversee design, development, and implementation of ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications • Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional specifications • Oversee IT project planning, execution, delivery, resource allocation, and risk management • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives • Serve as liaison between IT and business units • Monitor and optimize business systems performance • Stay current with industry trends and recommend innovative solutions • Implement best practices in business systems analysis, project management, and IT governance • Own the full lifecycle of ERP and CRM enterprise integrations, including Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint with Oracle and Salesforce • Oversee integration architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support • Support integrations for currency exchange, HR/payroll/timecards/hours worked, financials, procurement, and supply chain • Govern integration standards across REST, SOAP, FTP, and DB adapters, orchestrations, event-driven flows, and error handling • Lead adoption of Agentic AI capabilities in ERP and CRM systems • Define and enforce ERP and CRM practices for retry logic, fault management, performance, and monitoring • Serve as primary administrator for Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint and Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree and 14 years of directly related experience • Proven experience leading large-scale IT projects and managing cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to align technology solutions with business needs • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, project management frameworks, and enterprise application platforms • Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance standards • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks • Ability to work well with others • Ability to listen and communicate well both verbally and in writing • Ability to work independently • Attention to detail and accuracy
