📋 Description

• Analyze, plan, design, document, and make recommendations to improve business processes supporting clients’ technological aspirations • Serve as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical personnel • Define, track, and communicate business requirements and their expected impact • Build basic conceptual data and process models • Create, execute, or analyze basic test scenarios to verify client requirements are incorporated into system design • Participate in technical reviews and inspections to ensure the intent of change is carried out through every project phase • Help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes using innovative technology and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of Business Analyst experience within the Healthcare Industry • Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience in business process improvement and re-engineering • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including quantitative analysis and data-driven decision making • Knowledge of programming concepts, including configuration, development, and batch processing • Hands-on Claims and Encounter Processing experience across multiple claim types • Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
