📋 Description

• Serve as the Collins focal for conflict-of-interest and post-government employment programs • Conduct conflict-of-interest reviews, including current and post-government employment, new hire, and occasioned COIs • Coordinate reviews with Legal, HR, and the GEC investigations team as appropriate • Respond to conflict-of-interest inquiries received through the RTX Speak Up Helpline or ECO network • Identify and leverage enterprise best practices to improve existing processes • Recommend and implement enhanced conflict-of-interest program processes • Support leadership efforts to champion a culture of ethics, compliance, and integrity • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams • Attend and actively participate in leadership meetings and events • Address employee questions and concerns related to conflict of interest and post-government employment restrictions • Conduct post-COI review check-ins to confirm implementation of mitigation actions • Analyze trends, identify risk areas, and plan preventative and responsive actions • Collaborate with corporate and Collins GEC and other functional stakeholders on policies, tools, training, and data/trend assessments

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience • Strong working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including the EU Whistleblower Directive, U.S. post-government employment rules, and FAR Mandatory Disclosure • Experience handling Post Government Employment and Conflict of Interest reviews • Proven sound and fair judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and straightforward communication • Ability to guide and influence decisions and drive change • Experience working with leaders and managers to reinforce an ethics and compliance-focused culture • Experience in a cross-functional, matrixed organization • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously • Experience developing command media and policy • Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar data analytics tools • Experience using CORE, SixSigma, or other business process improvement programs • Experience setting and drafting policy and procedure documentation • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under the program/contract • Security clearance not required
