📋 Description

• Lead strategic sourcing for nonproduct Facilities OSC-led categories, including strategy development, market analysis, supplier negotiations, and implementation • Manage and execute enterprise-wide/corporate-level RFPs/RFQs and contracts for multi-year global category strategies • Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance • Organize spend data for reporting and strategic planning • Conduct external market analyses and identify trends, cost drivers, and innovation opportunities • Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business goals • Collaborate with business units, legal, finance, engineering, operations, and human resources • Understand requirements and support creation of standards and specifications • Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for complex sourcing decisions and supplier transitions • Lead supplier performance management using KPIs, scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives • Develop supplier capability roadmaps and drive innovation and sustainability initiatives • Follow sourcing governance, corporate policies, risk management requirements, and category playbooks • Support cost modeling, benchmarking, and should-cost analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience, or, in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience • 10+ years relevant experience in facilities, manufacturing, procurement or category management • U.S. citizenship is required • Demonstrated success leading RFPs and negotiating large-scale contracts, preferably in a multinational environment • Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a matrixed organization, influencing with and without direct authority • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities • Willingness to travel up to 25%
