• Support the RTX Corporate Supply Chain organization across product and non-product sourcing, supply chain risk management, performance, analytics, tools, and strategic initiatives • Contribute to processes across a matrixed RTX Corporate Supply Chain organization • Conduct operational and spend analysis • Develop and execute sourcing strategies • Participate in supplier negotiations • Support supplier performance management • Contribute to business process management initiatives • Work part-time from November to May while fulfilling internship responsibilities
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Operations, or a closely related field and actively enrolled through the duration of the internship • Minimum 60 credits completed before starting the internship • Experience with SharePoint, including creating sites, maintaining sites, and controlling permissions • Advanced Excel knowledge and data analytics skills • Ability to create Power BI dashboards • Experience building apps with Microsoft Power Platform • U.S. citizenship required • Preferred: minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA • Preferred: project management experience and ability to deliver measurable results independently • Preferred: experience collaborating with coworkers from diverse communities and cultures • Preferred: foundational knowledge of supply chain principles • Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects
