📋 Description

• Envision and document infrastructure and system design specifications using architecture design diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, wireframes, and other visual documentation • Articulate and solve problems related to system and environmental limitations • Partner with customers to identify, deploy, and support packaged and custom-developed solutions • Translate customer requirements into solution designs and implement them using Digital Technology Standard Work • Develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions • Work primarily offsite from home • Potentially attend select interview steps in person at an RTX office location

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information System, Information Technology, or related technical field and 8+ years of hands-on experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE); OR an advanced degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related technical field and 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) • U.S. citizenship required • Experience with JavaScript, C#.NET, VB.NET and/or ASP.NET platforms • Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, PowerPlatform, SQL, and SharePoint Online • Experience with DevOps and version-controlled solutions, including Visual Studio, Jira, GitHub, and CRM SDK • Experience with web API • Experience managing ETL tools to migrate data between environments, such as SSIS or KingswaySoft • PowerBI or fundamentals of other data visualization solutions • Ability to learn unfamiliar technology with ease • Effective communication in technical-to-business alignments • Ability to compile customer data into interactive diagrams and reports
