⢠Support the U.S. Government Compliance team in the day-to-day operation and ongoing enhancement of the Collins U.S. Government Compliance Program ⢠Provide enterprise-wide assistance on prime and subcontract compliance matters ⢠Support key U.S. Government compliance initiatives across the business ⢠Research and interpret U.S. federal procurement laws and regulations ⢠Support development, maintenance, and improvement of compliance guidance, processes, procedures, and tracking metrics ⢠Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address routine compliance questions and support compliance-related activities ⢠Draft and update compliance reference materials, job aids, and playbook content ⢠Respond to internal inquiries related to government contract compliance ⢠Support special projects and compliance initiatives ⢠Prepare basic compliance training and informational materials ⢠Undertake limited domestic travel as required
⢠Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience ⢠Experience with U.S. Government contracting or related regulatory environments ⢠U.S. citizenship is required ⢠Knowledge of U.S. federal procurement laws and regulations, including FAR, DFARS, Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act, Procurement Integrity Act, and Defense Priorities and Allocations System ⢠Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail ⢠Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills ⢠Strong interpersonal relationship and cross-functional collaboration skills ⢠Experience supporting the full lifecycle of government contracts from formation through closeout ⢠Working knowledge of Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act requirements ⢠Working knowledge of commercial products and services contracting procedures ⢠Basic understanding of cost/price principles or financial considerations in government contracting ⢠Willingness to undertake limited domestic travel as required
