📋 Description

• Coordinate, expedite, and record updated supplier delivery dates in PRISM in coordination with Acquisition • Assist in executing proposal efforts and training to become a Material Program Manager • Obtain released Technical Data Package (TDP) • Report overall Supply Chain Management status and execution of the program SCM strategy • Perform Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and critical path analysis for discrepant material related to end-item deliveries • Assist with Supply Chain proposal activities • Maintain Material Acquisition lead-time in PRISM • Support timely purchase order placement • Assist with reviewing RFQs/RFPs to suppliers • Dispose of property, closeout excess factory material, and closeout inventory material • Support SCM metrics • Assist in line of business activities • Manage return-to-vendor (RTV) activities • Support diminishing manufacturing source, obsolescence, and lifetime-buy activities • Support performance of purchase orders/subcontracts using Raytheon enterprise systems

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience • Minimum 2 years direct related work experience in Supply Chain or related work experience • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) • Experience with SAP/PRISM and the Supply Chain suite of tools • U.S. citizenship required • Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1 • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance • Willingness to travel up to 10% • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred • Previous Procurement/Subcontracts experience preferred • Microsoft Project knowledge preferred • Fluency in Raytheon systems, processes, and procedures preferred • Raytheon Six Sigma Specialist preferred
