📋 Description

• Lead procurement processes, standards, and operational plans, including RFP development, negotiation strategy, and cost analysis. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies while managing supplier relationships and resolving complex procurement issues. • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Program teams to resolve supply chain challenges and support business objectives. • Proactively identify and mitigate supplier risks to ensure continuity of supply and prevent production disruptions. • Prepare and manage purchase orders, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and ensure procurement activities align with company policies. • Analyze supplier quotations, financial data, and market trends to support strategic sourcing and cost reduction initiatives. • Prepare Requests for Proposal (RFPs), bid packages, and supplier evaluations for new business opportunities. • Monitor supplier and contract performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and delivery commitments. • Coordinate with suppliers to expedite deliveries, resolve shortages, support delivery assurance activities, and drive continuous improvement. • Support audits, maintain procurement documentation, and prepare executive-level reports and presentations on supplier performance and critical recovery initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. • Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written). • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
