📋 Description

• Support preparation and submission of proposals for new business, including spares, repairs, and modernization across multiple customers • Partner with functional program team members to understand, guide, and support performance of contractual requirements • Provide contractual guidance and support to the business, programs, and proposal teams across all phases of the contract lifecycle • Lead Contracts Management activities across a broad portfolio • Work with Portfolio Directors, Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Finance, and Supply Chain to manage successful contract execution • Identify, mitigate, and drive resolution of contractual issues • Ensure negotiated terms and conditions comply with company policies • Advise on contractual and business issues, rights and obligations, and mitigation of contractual and programmatic risks • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal partners • Interface with customers regarding correspondence, contractual changes, and contractual issues • Manage contracts and engage directly with program leadership • Participate in business management reviews, including quarterly EAC reviews

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience • Experience in contracts management, program management, business management, finance, supply chain processes, and/or procurement • Experience with contracts, terms and conditions, RFPs, RFQs, FAR, DFARS, or similar contract experience • U.S. citizenship required • Must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories
