📋 Description

• Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations/Proposals • Place and maintain purchase orders and associated change orders • Perform price analysis and negotiate price, delivery, scope, and terms and conditions • Manage daily purchasing activities to ensure programs have needed materials, goods, and services • Prepare purchase orders and documentation according to company directives, contract flow-downs, and work instructions • Manage post-award purchase order activities • Resolve medium/high-complexity issues in compliance with FAR/DFAR and corporate requirements • Collaborate with Program, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and other functional groups • Research products, suppliers, and material selections • Track supplier proposal status and compliance with Raytheon RFPs • Support program proposal teams and centralized quoting teams for Raytheon proposals • Manage supplier performance and the purchase order life cycle for DoD, FMS, and DCS customers • Support procurement for R&D, proposal capture, engineering manufacturing and development, and low-rate production programs

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, or equivalent experience in supply chain and related systems • Experience or knowledge in procurement, production control, materials management, planning, or operations • U.S. Person status or eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations • Knowledge of or compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) preferred • Experience leading formal negotiations preferred • Experience with supplier performance management preferred • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite preferred • Experience reading and understanding drawings, specifications, engineering documents, and complex SOWs preferred • Knowledge of EXIM procurements and applicable rules and regulations preferred • Experience with import/export regulations (ITAR/EAR) preferred • Experience with automation tools preferred • Creative problem solving and effective collaboration skills preferred
