📋 Description

• Work closely with Groups Sales Managers on client hotel booking requests by researching destinations, rates, and criteria to pair clients with suitable hotels for their budget, location, and needs • Foster positive, long-lasting relationships with Hotel Engine internal stakeholders and hotel partners • Source and book projects using Hotel Engine’s internal database and Salesforce CRM • Own a portfolio of group bookings through sourcing and contracting phases, providing ideal options with minimal turnaround time • Assist with projects and other duties supporting Groups Sales Managers and the Groups Team • Provide support and creative solutions as the Groups Team iterates processes and scales for growth

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Excellent sales, negotiation, and creative solution skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to prioritize work under strict timelines • Experience processing and fully executing contracts with precision • Innovative mindset and ability to identify creative process solutions • Ability to manage stress and maintain professional composure while handling multiple requests and projects • Fast learner comfortable with ambiguity and an evolving department vision • Tenacious, team-oriented approach with willingness to support the team • 2+ years of customer service experience required • Hotel industry and group reservations experience preferred • Extremely tech savvy; ability to learn new systems and processes quickly • Office 365 Suite proficiency required • Previous experience with Salesforce, Asana, and Slack is a plus
