📋 Description

• Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations/Proposals • Place and maintain purchase orders and associated change orders • Perform price analysis and negotiate price, delivery, scope, and terms and conditions • Manage day-to-day purchasing activities to ensure programs have required materials, goods, and services • Prepare purchase orders and documentation according to company directives, contract flow-downs, and work instructions • Manage purchase orders post-award according to company directives and work instructions • Resolve medium/high-complexity issues and conflicts in compliance with FAR/DFAR and corporate requirements • Collaborate with Program, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and other functional groups • Research products, suppliers, and material selections • Track supplier proposal status and compliance with Raytheon RFPs • Support program proposal teams and the centralized quoting team • Manage supplier performance and the full purchase order life cycle for DoD, FMS, and DCS customers • Support multiple early-stage development programs, including R&D, proposal captures, engineering manufacturing and development, and low-rate production

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree, or equivalent experience in supply chain and related systems • Experience with procurement, production control, materials management, planning, or operations systems • Must be a U.S. Person: U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations • Demonstrated knowledge of and compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) • Experience leading formal negotiations involving price, schedule, supplier exceptions, contractual flow-down requirements, and standard terms and conditions • Experience with supplier performance management • Experience with SAP • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite • Experience reading and understanding drawings, specifications, engineering documents, and complex statements of work • Knowledge of EXIM procurements and related rules and regulations • Experience with import/export regulations (ITAR/EAR) • Experience with automation tools • Creative problem-solving and effective collaboration skills
