📋 Description

• Lead the sourcing and acquisition of materials and services for DoD, FMS, and DCS customers • Manage supplier performance and the entire purchase order life cycle, including supplier development, requirement solicitations, purchase order award, post-award management, and closeout activities • Manage supplier relationships supporting factory material needs • Prepare and issue requests for proposals (RFPs) • Place low/medium-complexity purchase orders in compliance with FAR/DFARS and corporate requirements • Support negotiation strategies and formal negotiations covering price, delivery, scope, and terms and conditions • Perform price and cost analysis for proposals • Nurture professional business relationships with first-tier subcontractors • Collaborate with Program, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management functions • Maintain purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely supplier delivery information

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience • Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, management, finance, or a similar role • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations • Experience with SAP/PRISM-based environments preferred • Experience reviewing Statements of Work and technical requirements for procured hardware and services preferred • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) preferred • Experience with written contractual authorization/vehicles, including Cost Plus and Firm Fixed Price, preferred
