📋 Description

• Support scheduling activities on multiple programs within the Airborne & Sustainment portfolio • Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met • Provide guidance and analysis in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and variance analysis • Advise, consult, and provide analysis to the Program Management Team on creation and execution of the program plan • Prepare, develop, and coordinate integrated master plans and integrated master schedules • Integrate major projects across Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and other functional groups • Track plans and schedules, solicit regular updates, and identify and resolve critical-path and network-logic conflicts • Use milestone charts, earned value management, and project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances • Reconcile cost and schedule with the program cost analyst and address mismatched items and root causes • Contribute to organizational projects, goals, training materials, and process or tool enhancements • Abide by company policies, procedures, ethics, and standards of business conduct

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience • Proficient with Microsoft Project • Experience with Earned Value Concepts • Aerospace & Defense experience preferred • U.S. citizenship is required • Understanding of earned value management practices and procedures • Knowledge of scheduling fundamentals and system tool usage, such as SAP and Microsoft products • Experience with integrated schedules and logic networks using Microsoft Project, or ability to learn the tool • Background with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Understanding and compliance with DI-MGMT-81861A, DCMA Schedule Assessment Guide, and Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
