📋 Description

• Lead procurement efforts supporting multiple programs within the Product Support business area • Foster supplier relationships and administer subcontracts across the acquisition life cycle • Engage in supplier performance, relationship management, and strategic sourcing • Facilitate complex business agreements for various contracts • Serve as the focal point for communication between Raytheon programs and suppliers • Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations/Proposals • Perform price and cost analysis and lead formal negotiations • Place purchase orders and associated change orders • Prepare purchase orders and documentation according to company directives, prime contract flow-downs, and work instructions • Manage purchase orders post-award • Resolve medium-complexity issues and conflicts in compliance with FAR/DFAR and corporate requirements • Collaborate with Program, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and other functional groups • Maintain professional relationships with first-tier subcontractors • Provide Supply Chain support for gate reviews

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree • Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), and ITAR and import/export regulations • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required • Experience with proposals and all phases of sourcing and procurement execution preferred • Experience leading formal negotiations preferred • Experience with supplier management preferred • Experience reading and understanding drawings, specifications, engineering documents, and complex Statements of Work preferred • Experience with Price/Cost Analysis preferred • Proficiency in automation and SAP purchasing tools preferred • Strong communication skills, time management, adaptability, and leadership presence preferred • Ability to make timely decisions, manage multiple priorities, and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment preferred • Ability to travel as required
