📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted partner to business leadership, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and other functional partners on ethical and compliant business conduct • Manage a portfolio of Global Ethics and Compliance programs and operations across Collins’ Americas footprint • Develop content and conduct ethics and compliance training • Manage and guide the Americas network of Collins Local Ethics & Compliance Officers • Lead and conduct Compliance Performance Reviews to prevent, detect, and assess ethics and compliance risks • Assist in developing and communicating the RTX code of conduct • Address employee Ethics & Compliance questions and concerns and provide policy guidance • Conduct conflicts-of-interest reviews and escalate as required • Disposition RTX GEC Annual Certification variant responses • Project-manage Global Ethics and Compliance initiatives from inception through implementation • Travel approximately 25%

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience • Expert ability to aggregate and analyze data using Microsoft Excel • Ability to translate data into informative reports and presentations using PowerPoint • Ability to independently perform trend analysis • Experience integrating varied data sets into common tools such as scorecards and risk assessments • Experience developing and managing business analytics dashboards and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense • Strong interpersonal, client consultation, and problem-solving skills • Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced working environment • Knowledge of ethics and compliance risks including ABAC, Privacy, Speak Up helpline, and Ethics & Compliance Investigations • Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting to large groups and senior management • Demonstrated collaboration and teambuilding success • Knowledge of and experience in aerospace and defense ethics and compliance programs • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
