📋 Description

• Lead annual operations strategic planning, including capital investment analysis and financial forecasting • Establish and manage operational targets and metrics supporting long-term goals • Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify industry opportunities and risks • Perform risk assessments for executive decision-making and strategic initiatives • Provide executive decision support through data analysis, scenario modeling, and recommendations • Support strategic reviews and continuous improvement events • Collaborate across multilevel disciplines to accomplish organizational goals • Travel 25% of the time as required

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience • 3+ years of experience in operational roles focused on strategy and execution • Experience with project management, including planning and execution • Prior work experience with multilevel disciplines to achieve organizational goals • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint • Knowledge of manufacturing or technical processes preferred • Familiarity with finance terminology and concepts preferred • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future • Must be willing and able to travel 25% of the time • Security clearance is not required
