📋 Description

• Accountable for all Integrated Supply Chain activities on the designated Undersea program • Work with Supply Chain, Program Management, IPTs, Engineering, Quality, Production Control, and Procurement teams on supplier management and program execution • Develop and execute material strategies supporting customer requirements and program objectives • Generate supplier RFPs/RFQs with Procurement • Prepare and support gate reviews • Support prime contract proposal activities for suppliers and SCM basis of estimate activities • Identify prime contract flow-downs and obtain required Material Contract Briefs or modifications • Process supplier proposals and quotes • Assist with Supplier Statements of Work • Generate and process supplier new-add/reactivation requests • Generate and manage SCM material sales, EACs, and risks and opportunities • Support purchase requisition generation and purchase order placement • Execute and maintain Line of Balance activities • Lead make/buy decisions and affordability efforts for program material • Assist with or lead supplier/customer material negotiations • Assist with preparation and execution of Material Program Plans • Participate in supplier engagements and reviews • Mitigate and resolve issues affecting program material activities • Support the complete program lifecycle from capture through execution and sustainment

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 7 years experience • Aerospace and defense supply chain experience • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance • U.S. citizenship required • Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1 • Experience with Prime Contract Requirements and Statements of Work (SOW) preferred • Experience with Supplier Statements of Work (SOW) preferred • Experience with Supply Chain, Production Control, and Procurement processes and requirements preferred • Experience interfacing with internal management, supplier management, and external customers preferred • Experience with material sales forecasting and earned value (EV) practices preferred
