📋 Description

• Apply industrial engineering methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and factory performance across Connected Factory focus sites • Drive factory automation initiatives, including evaluating automation opportunities, technology readiness, and deployment coordination • Partner on producibility initiatives and integrate manufacturability into design, development, and scaling • Collaborate with functional and site teams to harmonize processes, share best practices, accelerate digital maturity, and drive continuous improvement • Coach and support sites adopting Connected Factory capabilities • Lead continuous improvement events using the CORE Operating System and data-driven analysis • Develop, track, and report Connected Factory metrics, KPI automation, Control Tower insights, and digital performance dashboards • Align councils, business unit strategies, and site-level execution to ensure consistent enterprise standards and deployment approaches • Travel to various manufacturing sites (30%)

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience, or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience • Experience in manufacturing, digital technologies, automation, or technical program leadership • Experience leading large-scale projects and managing cross-functional teams • Experience with Industry 4.0 concepts, factory automation, or digital thread technologies
