📋 Description

• Provide cloud operations services and support for primarily Microsoft Azure and potentially some Amazon AWS environments. • Provide system administration services for Linux and Windows Server virtual machines. • Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests. • Investigate and permanently resolve problems. • Contribute to proactive problem management. • Design, document, test, implement changes. • Contribute to compliance and vulnerability management through patching, endpoint protection, and maintenance of key software installed on VMs. • Contribute to enhancement of monitoring and automation. • Participate in a 24/7 on call rotation roster - day to be confirmed. • Second shift opportunity to allow for added coverage required by the PST program.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience • Experience working in a multi-cloud environment including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services including their associated networking, architecture, and infrastructure. • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux. • Experience with Datadog, Azure Monitor, AWS Cloudwatch, ServiceNow, Statseeker, Netscout, and/or other monitoring tools. • Experience managing production infrastructure and applications utilizing ITIL v3 (2011) or v4 best practices. • Technical communication including the ability to author professional user facing documentation targeted at various user audiences. • Microsoft Azure/AWS certifications preferred. • Experience with SQL Server, Log Analytics, and Qlik.
