📋 Description

• Maintain the Raytheon Command Media System in M-Files and Command IQ web interface • Implement the controlled documentation lifecycle, including template maintenance, quality checks, releases, periodic updates, and communication of changes to employees • Partner with Command Media Owners, Process Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure processes are followed • Participate in goals alignment and the technical roadmap for ongoing improvements • Maintain the Command IQ web interface so information remains accurate, current, and accessible • Participate in the CIQ Change Control Board to coordinate review, analysis, approval, and implementation of changes to CMS tools • Collaborate with the M-Files Implementation Lead and other stakeholders • Participate in improvement projects at the Raytheon and RTX levels • Analyze and report CMS-related metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience • Experience working within a cross functional organization • Prior document change management experience • Experience understanding end-user requirements and translating them to actionable requests for tool and process updates • Experience managing complex projects with cross functional tasks and schedule milestones • Prior experience with Command Media processes and requirements • Prior experience presenting to senior leaders • Prior experience working across different business functions and sites • Experience analyzing quality and other metrics to take actionable improvement • U.S. citizenship is required • Knowledge of Raytheon and RTX organizations (preferred) • Extensive knowledge of M-Files tool (preferred) • Demonstrated ability to build a strong rapport with internal customers (preferred) • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills (preferred) • Prior experience leading / supporting Enterprise improvement projects (preferred)
