📋 Description

• Support the RTX Corporate Supply Chain organization across product and non-product sourcing, supply chain risk management, performance, analytics, tools, and strategic initiatives • Operate within a matrixed organization and contribute to processes across the RTX Corporate Supply Chain organization • Support supply chain commodities • Conduct operational and spend analysis • Develop and execute sourcing strategies • Participate in supplier negotiations • Support supplier performance management • Contribute to business process management initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams covering multiple business units

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Operations, or a closely related field and actively enrolled through the duration of the internship • Minimum 60 credits completed before starting the internship • U.S. citizenship required • Experience with SharePoint, including creating sites, maintaining sites, and controlling permissions • Advanced Excel knowledge and data analytics skills • Ability to create Power BI dashboards • Experience building apps with Microsoft Power Platform • Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects • Minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA required • Experience managing projects and delivering measurable results independently • Foundational knowledge of supply chain principles
