📋 Description

• Partner with the program area director and leadership team on program implementation, new business, and strategic direction • Manage all financials for a complex portfolio • Drive business financials and maintain accountability across programs and initiatives • Monitor and measure program performance • Construct the Long-Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan • Develop and oversee forecasts for Bookings, Sales, Earnings, and Net Cash • Provide financial briefings and communications to customers and cross-functional stakeholders • Partner on cost strategies supporting competitive captures • Lead and develop a team of over 20 finance professionals, including managers and direct reports • Manage Estimates at Complete, customer reporting, proposal and start-up gates, working capital management, and earned value processes • Provide financial leadership from business capture and proposal development through contract setup, execution, and long-term implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience • Professional experience in a related finance role • Experience leading teams and leading managers of people • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued TS/SCI security clearance • U.S. citizenship required • Experience with Earned Value Management preferred • Experience in proposals and competitive capture preferred • Experience leading P&L across production and development preferred • Active and transferable U.S. government-issued TS/SCI security clearance preferred
