📋 Description

• Prepare and support the Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (FPRP) and negotiate selected rates into the Forward Pricing Rate Agreement (FPRA) • Maintain compliant cost accounting practices for business units and home office and maintain familiarity with Cost Accounting Standards Board (CASB) Disclosure Statements • Maintain the government accounting framework, including translating performance accounting to government cost accounting • Develop, analyze, and submit actual rates versus the FPRP/FPRA • Prepare, submit, and analyze the annual Incurred Cost Submission for establishment of the final billing rate agreement • Interface with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) on forward pricing rates, billing rates, incurred cost, and related audits • Collaborate with finance and business unit colleagues to support company strategies, maximize cost recovery, and maintain compliance

🎯 Requirements

• University degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience • Experience with Microsoft Excel • Analytical skills and ability to summarize analyses and communicate at various levels • Experience balancing multiple priorities and producing quality work within given timeframes • Experience supporting internal and external audits • Familiarity with relevant Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) cost principles • Prior association or interaction with DCAA and DCMA • Experience with Microsoft Access, SAP Hyperion, and/or OneStream preferred
